At Google, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device or accessory, you can return it within 15 calendar days of receiving it for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate your return

  Go to your Google Store order history and select the items you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, power adapters, and manuals that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach the shipping label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop off and track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the progress of your refund.
